Contexto<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
CHU Ambroise Par\u00e9, ubicado en Mons, es un hospital de referencia en ortopedia en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El hospital fue recientemente reorganizado en varias unidades y aument\u00f3 el n\u00famero de camas ofrecidas. Actualmente, ofrece 410 camas, incluyendo 14 camas de cuidados intensivos, y est\u00e1 equipado con equipos de alta tecnolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mientras transcurr\u00eda el proceso de obtenci\u00f3n del status de la ACI – Accreditation Canada International (Acreditaci\u00f3n Internacional Canadiense), el hospital identific\u00f3 la necesidad de un sistema de calidad para la extracci\u00f3n de datos confiables, mejorando as\u00ed el proceso de gesti\u00f3n y an\u00e1lisis de los indicadores cl\u00ednicos de su UCI..<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Soluci\u00f3n<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
La necesidad de obtener sus indicadores de manera m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida y precisa llev\u00f3 CHU Ambroise Par\u00e9 a participar del proyecto MICA [Monitoring Intensive Care Activities (Monitoreo de Actividades de Terapia Intensiva)], lanzado en 2017 en toda B\u00e9lgica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Como resultado, el hospital adopta el sistema Epimed Monitor UCI para gesti\u00f3n y an\u00e1lisis de indicadores cl\u00ednicos y de desempe\u00f1o. Para facilitar la obtenci\u00f3n de los dados, el sistema Epimed Monitor se integr\u00f3 a los sistemas de TI del hospital<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Resultados<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
El uso del sistema Epimed Monitor UCI hizo posible monitorear indicadores cl\u00ednicos y de desempe\u00f1o con m\u00e1s precisi\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s de posibilitar mayor conformidad con las mejores pr\u00e1cticas en conjunto con los protocolos existentes en vigor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El benchmarking ofrecido por el sistema permiti\u00f3 la comparaci\u00f3n de CHU Ambroise Par\u00e9 con otras UCIs de B\u00e9lgica. Al analizar la puntuaci\u00f3n SAPS 3, CHU Ambroise Par\u00e9 concluy\u00f3 que obtuvo excelentes resultados en t\u00e9rminos de gravedad, en comparaci\u00f3n con otras UCIs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Estamos en proceso de acreditaci\u00f3n, y el sistema Epimed Monitor UCI <\/strong>ha sido un instrumento eficaz en ese proceso. En general, Epimed Solutions <\/strong>puede contribuir al proceso de acreditaci\u00f3n de hospitales belgas.<\/p>
