Una pregunta importante es \u00abc\u00f3mo priorizar las acciones\u00bb en caso de que haya sido promovido en su propia instituci\u00f3n o si lo contrataron y no sabe mucho sobre su nuevo equipo y el nuevo entorno. En esta breve revisi\u00f3n, sugerimos cinco prioridades principales para el nuevo director de una UCI durante el primer a\u00f1o.<br \/><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Un panorama: cultura institucional, su presentaci\u00f3n, un diagn\u00f3stico de la estructura, del personal, del proceso y de los resultados de la UCI<\/strong><br \/>La cultura institucional se puede definir como los prop\u00f3sitos, las acciones y los valores que impulsan a la organizaci\u00f3n a cumplir sus objetivos. Es crucial que, como nuevo gerente, comprenda la cultura de la organizaci\u00f3n y est\u00e9 alineado con estos valores. Despu\u00e9s de eso, si decide seguir adelante, es importante que se presente al equipo. Se recomienda una reuni\u00f3n formal para presentar sus objetivos centr\u00e1ndose en la transparencia y objetivos tangibles.
