Reporting Channel

This channel was created so that employees, customers, suppliers, partners and the general public can register events/incidents with the guarantee that their identities and personal information will be kept confidential, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/1937.

This is an exclusive channel for registering complaints and reports about violations of the “Code of Ethics and Conduct”, as well as violations of any internal policy of Epimed and any unlawful acts that may be committed by any team member, with the acknowledgment of receipt of the report within seven days of that receipt, as well as the complete feedback in a timeframe that will not exceed three months from the acknowledgment of receipt.

The information received will be kept confidential in order to guarantee anonymity, ensuring that there will be no retaliation of any kind.
